Need to be careful comparing apples and oranges here as SNAPvision and SNvision will also have this challenge regarding "usable facial identification parameters" particularly with everyone these days looking down at their bl@@dy mobile phones. Note in this photo the camera is lower than head height and you still can't see enough of the face.



So what in hell is Louis talking about when he refers to being able to cope with just 10% of usable identification parameters? He's talking about this...
