The last two times this occurred in recent months was when Trent sold some of his stock for valid reasons and within a short period afterwards, the stock price recovered and took off after an announcement.

It is reasonable to assume now that Covata will need another injection of funds before too much longer to progress Safe Share v4.0 and KaaS. Given the recent MZ Group meeting in New York, I am wondering whether Covata is getting interest from several USA Insto's to invest in a placement at a price somewhere in around $0.30 to $0.35 where this is still seen to be some upside value before any new positive announcements are made. Based on what I have experienced in the past with other stocks, it sometimes appears as though the the stock price is being "managed" up or down through buying & selling techniques in the lead up period to a capital raising to achieve the desired objective.

Would be good to see that last report on which Instos are buying in Selling. Thanks in advance.
