Gent, Last time I said that sentiment is more important than fundamentals, now I would say that Location is almost the same than sentiments... LYC shouldn't never built in Malay.. is the last place that Nic should had looked.. all these 10 years the SP ans SH had to suffer the consequences to be in Malay.. simple as that.. all the predictions from broker is just nothing.
