I beg to differ with Citi. 83c is too low
I believe they have overstated the risks, not factored in the potential upside from exploration both at PH and overseas, nor have they factored in the cash in the bank.
The downside is a potential fall in commodity prices which may occur in the short term (likely I think), but not in the medium to long term.
My "gut feel" which accounts for very little, suggests a short term trading range of 90c - $1.05. This trading range will go up (not down) as the company settles, develops strategic plans, the past gets forgotten, and in the unlikely event of a takeover attempt.
My thoughts only.
