Citi expects earlier-than-expected, big equity raise for Australia's Zip, page-77

Cheers and @StefanF too - yes for me the set up with Zip and these forums is eerily similar to late 2017 - late 2018 with APT:
- Company was expanding fast and kicking goals
- Small/early exposure to US, in terms of both business but also importantly investment/insto involvement
- Volatile price swings
- Shorters hitting the stock at various points
- Posters here going on about how it's a scam and it's going bust etc etc

I can remember watching some stomach-churning stock price moves along with all the above. It's a bit different now obviously in that you have an APT in the mix, but now that they've got hold of a true APT competitor in the US, it will be interesting to see how this plays out. In many ways I hope APT stock price keeps going nuts because it amplifies the value disconnect between the two, so long as Zip/Quadpay fundamentals keep going strong.
