    I can't find it either...

    I googled it and found nothing.

    I maintain my BUY rating as I have seen nothing-zero to change the fundamental takeover pressures on this one.

    The only side track is the 25 Million Dollar land purchase which I think might be part of some "Dart Energy" type spin off entity when the takeover is complete.
