I hold it too.
In fact I have just lightened off to take some profits as it had become a big percentage of my portfolio due to the great run recently.

My understanding is it supplies speech to digital services to the big guys like Google and Facebook ie voice recognition. It is now entering the face recognition field I read recently. Basically it supplies the ability for machines to have a non-keyboard interface. Other forms of recognition also.
The real skill here is that they use around 400,000 contractors all around the world to provide the different dialects of the hundreds of languages - thus a low cost work force.

The most important thing to know IMHO is that it is a small cap that is growing very fast in share price and also has been growing income at a huge rate.
How long will it last?
Dunno, just happy to be along for the ride.
It has not debt, churns out heaps of cash and is in a field that is growing in applications monthly.
It has a head start on any wannabes one would think, so it could go for a long time until management take their eye off the ball. Getting top heavy with management and letting egos run wield will be the sign to get out perhaps?
