    I think the main reason CFC dropped the bid is they have not got fund for additional debt repayment of $188. They can bid for $1.30 and have additional fund to repay the loan. $1.3 is also the price they paid for 13.72% stake.

    I think to buy at lower 60s, which is presenting good value.
