    Citigroup have acquired 9.2% of stock (ann on Dec 3)

    ECE is basically a shell... but we have a new chairman with a primarily resources background, $2mil cash about to hit the bank account, Citi a new major shareholder, bigger volumes and price breaking through the .4c level to close at .5c last thurs.

    something's definitely up!!
