Another way to look at broker reports is they often have a substantial time lag. As with PDN recently, Citi says 3.20 its past that already, Citi says 4.20 it's past that already.
In the end, anyone with an understanding of a balance sheet, and the knowledge that you can hind anything in one, can make a reasonably analysis with more recent information than even the hot off the press analysis from a brokerage institution.
