telus is an all rounder service firm, they aren't a pure sweatshop like appen. the lionbridge segement will also have lots of revenue from small clients because telus has huge global reach, and it wasn't reported separately in their earnings so no one has an idea how lionbridge is actually doing. appen's revenue is over 80% the mega cap tech, everyone knows the new markets segement is growing but a fall in mega cap tech revenue means negative total growth.
