Citi rates OSH as Downgrade to Sell from Neutral, TP=$8.01, page-15

i think any theories about price movement will be totally dependent on the opec meeting tonight.if saudi says it"s the status quo,then all energy stocks will fall very sharply.that"s when you can make a killing from the over reaction to the news.i would estimate that the price drop to eventual settled sp would be around 2% within a day.not bad if you had big bucks spare to throw at a certain quick return.
only trouble is i don"t have them big bucks,but at least i feel good about the possibility of making people with lots even more.
