They have a world ecconomy going nowhere so all commodities and demand are slow to neutral in their eyes. They are close to the money as I see no boom but I just can't see where supply will come from as demand will stay the same and no one will finance current projects at these rates and prices
I hope they are wrong and there is some growth and for OSH unhedged any growth and price pressure is cash to the bottom line. OSH is low on the cost curve so they won't go broke but margin gets hurt and hence divvs in future hurt.
Reason I persist with OSH it that it is out of Australia and isn't using Chinese money as all the other Aussie co's got hammered with carbon tax and also the shenanigans of Chinese money one minute and gone the next. all those prospective start up and part financed stuff will be lucky to survive as I just don't see a boom in demand worldwide.
