    Once the higher dividends kick in there should b some more interest.
    It's the falling oil price that is weighing things down atm.
    I imagine OSH has their gas contracts linked to Price of oil equivalent as they're shipping liquids (LNG)

    On the chart the price is sitting just outside the lower bollinger band so with any luck should tick back up into it and the RSI is on the lower end of the range.
