    I’ve been in IT for 20 years now and I can tell you that companies who open their services through API end up being the winners long term. This is because as a third party, the preference is on integration with current systems rather than adopting new ones. Over time that integration creates a stickiness that reduces churn.


    Definitely a winner move there.
