Couple of observations.
With an IRR of 170%+ payback on a npv basis should be around 18mths.
Ie. Borrow $109m and pay it all back by mid 2026, assuming mining starts early 2025.
RIO just outlaid $47m for 50mt of cu in terra de flago in Chile
Compare this to CZRs 80mt FE sitting next door in Pilbara with all services pre existing. The value statement here is enormous IMO.
