Will be a lot longer than that mechanic.If proposed jv ventures go forward they will take big funding and although i think they are positives for the company we will not be seeing divies any time in the next 5 years.I'd suggest you do an EPS calculation on forward potential earnings and that will give you a better idea.cheers
