    Guys I hold this stock at a loss but still plan on making plenty out of it.

    I think the oil price is going to rapidly increase in the next 6 months and a mini bubble in oil stocks could result. Investors could jump into oil stocks in preference to other sectors and ROC should do very nicely.

    ROC is currently ridiculously underpriced. I plan on selling when its ridiculously overpriced.
