Another Old Adage: price is what you pay, value is what you get.
Lots of value to have due to Mount Cattlin is probably worth about $500M+, alone.
Essentially, this is like discounting SDV to almost nothing, and JB essentially getting for free.
A lot of shares have been traded downwards this past few days. Certainly interesting to see if there is a major holder in play.
If there is an opportunistic take over (as suggested by Thesi @ $2.28+), I'll be selling to them (off market if need be)... else they will simply scoop up the shares at current prices till they need the required %%.
