I very much doubt NRC is a top 20. That would require stable, rational analysis.
Irrational negative posts that never have a positive balance when there is good news make me wonder... Some personalities who lose money on a stock can't accept responsibility and go on a mission of vendetta. Some are professional down rampers with hidden agenda. Some are shorters.
Someone with constant negative posts (often fictional or wild imagings) can potentially do harm to the SP if read by investors who have not got strong research under their belt.
IMO, regarding NRC with his opinion of management, it would be irrational for him to hold (if he really does hold).
