you realise you posted that in a thread that explains in really simple terms why the stock's up? A major broker just upgraded the stock. Why are you ranting about conspiracies?

Nice - Citi were the low price outlier amongst the brokers and looked pretty lonely with a target of 2.22 and a "sell/high risk" rating. Now they are pitching a target of 4.75 with a "neutral/high risk". That is quite a shift and factors in just a 50% chance of phase 2 - $6.12 at a 100% chance.
Any bearish brokers left now?
