LONDON (MarketWatch) -- Citigroup upgraded Mosaic (MOS 55.69, +0.33, +0.60%) and Potash(POT 114.74, +0.24, +0.21%) to buy from hold, and Agrium (AGU 50.42, +0.03, +0.06%) to hold from sell, as the broker grew more bullish on fertilizer producers, citing tightening grain supplies, the late wet U.S. planting season and the broader market stabliization and easing of deflation concerns.
