It is, but imo there is a significant problem with legend. There is a good chance they won't be able to mine due to environmental issues. Not matter how much Joe carries on in the media about jobs, fast tracking, rail upgrades etc it doesn't take away from the fact the leases are in/or bordering the Gregory River protected area. Even if they are granted mining rights etc , they will still have problems with green groups appealing and protesting.
