    Bell Potter changed the 12 month price target of DOW from $9.00 to $5.50. This is 24% below the Citi target price.

    Goldman Sachs has a hold rating on DOW.

    They said that the "stock looks oversold but the risk is that value is eroded by further cost overruns in the PPP contract, an equity injection into Reliance Rail or even a discounted equity placement. UNINVESTABLE AT THE MOMENT."
