Thanks hws comparing Karara and Citic is like comparing a sweet canning valley grown navel orange with a lemon similar fruit but very different. The management of this project have made many silly blunders in not only my opinion. When they start to price labor on just cost and have no idea of individual work performance and don't know the difference between a good tradesman or worker and not so good one and I don't mean those that just turn up every day. People interested and willing to put in a good day and know the job i.e career minded workers not people there for just the money. If someone speaks up or has the wrong opinion it's goodbye no matter how good they are at their job. I've seen many very good people chopped over petty politics. I know it's to late now and we are just about there but had they stuck with one quality assured construction company [Who's share price is going from strength to strength coincidentally lol] 100 percent with full logistical and administrative back up with a core of quality skilled and experienced construction workers we would already be at name plate imho. Instead they cut many quality workers in favor of cheap foreign labor hire guys maybe Aussie residents who knows ??? many not even worth the cuppa they drink each morning. Lord knows who checked their credentials. It has cost them big time have tried to get my point over to Micheal Weir but being a suit and finance guy it's pretty hard to get him to take what I tell him seriously, also that is not in his dept. At the end of the day I'm only a share holder and dumb tradie come crane driver and can't tell them how to run Their project. Having said that this plant is of a very good design when I compare it to some of bhps 's plants i have worked on even though they are dso and not magnetite.
Last of the conveyor belts have been pulled on the crushing circuit so wont be long before they commission and start up the second hpgr will also be running in the not too distant future three ball mills cranking over just waiting for the crushing circuit to finsh for number four mill to start cranking. Plough asked about the scavenger flotation they are going ahead now quite quickly although not essential for producing concentrate they will improve it's quality. Anyone have any thoughts what a fair sp would be when we finally reach name plate and making expected profit and paying off dept. Surly more than 27 cents. As always my posts are only my own opinions and observations dyor. Today first day of R and R been hanging out for it to. Have a good weekend all.
