A while ago I posted that that CITIC Pacific would not be in too bad a shape as it would be propped up by Beijing. This article was in the SCMP on Tuesday 18Nov08.
I'll leave it up to you all how to interpret it but as you can see that it's not all doom for either CITIC Pac or their projects.
Prehaps something to do with Chinese culture and losing face?????
I continue to buy at these dumb low prices
