Ok, how I read it the deal between ARH and Mineralogy is just the icing on the cake, and is probably made already.....the problem is the cake is still yet to made..... the deal between CITIC and Mineralogy has been agreed upon by both sides, the hurdle is the agreement from the Australian Gov. going on the details released from the CITICPACIFIC release, they have given a cut off date as 30 June 2006 (See below)........ does this mean they will walk away from the agreement or do the companies usually extend this deadline? Opinions anyone?
