    i'm holding out till last minute to accept the offer. I would have thought citic would have commented by now if it intended to sell at $16 and can't imagine them wanting to hold with Peamcoal having over 50%. Although they are risking Peamcoal acheiving 50% if they don't announce soon......

    any other thoughts?
