    CITIC raises NdPr forecast to US$125,000/tonne by year end

    CITIC Group Corporation Ltd., formerly the China International Trust Investment Corporation (CITIC), is a state-owned investment company of the People's Republic of China is milking the market as US is seeking other suppliers.
