First, John Foley wouldn't tell me his date of birth, since he would smell a rat. Second, I've emailed 2 senior employees who haven't replied. Third, I've asked some long time shareholders who don't know.
All I can recall (which was confirmed by another long-time shareholder) is that in original CTGM Prospectus, Foley was 56 at the float in 1993. That makes him around 71 now.
I've googled other companies and many have a policy that at age 72, directors are up for re-election every year.
But I don't know about Citigold, and if so, what the cut-off age is. I'm trying to find out.
