there's 2 outcomes really - CTO either succeeds or fails.
If it succeeds we'll obviously prosper.
If it fails this de-risked, ideally located project has to be worth something, at least its current market cap - I personally think.
(Remember Kainantu was just a piece of dirt with potential that Barrick paid close to $200 mill for).
