Citicorp Nominees held 1,229,590 as at 30/4/2007 and if they have been accumulating the bulk of their fpo's on market, then brokers would no doubt be on to their move well before July/Aug.
This is the first insto to become a substantial holder of UMC and I say F the DOW overnight, just watch UMC's market depth tomorrow morning!!!!
