    Don't have a subscription to AFR but I attach the link to the headline that Citigroup have expressed confidence in PLA growth of its projects.

    Would be great if someone with access to the full info can give us a summary.

    The shares are currently volatile and meeting major resistance above $1 but this will soon change. I remain patient and build my holding while it is still possible at sub $1 prices
