    After reading the ceasing to be substantial holder from citigroup, i'm wondering if they only have just over a million left to sell?

    The announcement states 7.5m securities affected.

    Does this mean 7.5m left to sell or 7.5m sold?

    I think it's unlikely they have all been sold on market (if they have sold 7.5m) due to the volume being not much more than that in the same period.
