THX’s stock has always been for sale at a price, it’s just that that price has never been realised for them. I can’t see all of a sudden that Crabby presented a conflict of interest when there’s been murmurings about them selling for ages. Getting rid of the so called conflict of interest hasn’t improved the company’s perception to investors one iota.
