am perplexed to see why people say bhp/rio deal no longer there...

am perplexed to see why people say bhp/rio deal no longer there for umc. They haven't said to date they would do a thing. Im glad the chinese have come on board, at least they take the initiative when it comes to buying great resources at low prices or taking postitions in them. bhp/rio seem to show no hands and play hard ball. chinese are smart and taking up positions everywhere on the monopoly board. If it weren't for them, the world would still be reeling from the crash from march because they have been the ones buying up huge.
