    It's a very stupid & misleading notice from Citi.

    I would say that they now hold 7.5m or 4.84%.

    The number of UMC shares traded during the last two notices from Citi was 8.2m. If they sold 7.5m, that would be equivalent to 92% of the total shares traded, which is highly unlikely.
