Its a pity they havent used the standard ASIC Form 605 i.e

Have a look at the form. Item 2 clearly makes reference to the number of shares sold (given the reference to 'consideration given').

Based on what they have released today, they have offloaded 7.5mill shares. It seems the bulk has been done off-market.
