The actual blackrock managed funds that bought in aint winning and more likely its not looking out for your interests
I would suggest that future CR (up to 15%) would be nicely completed through instos at much discounted shares, and then sold on market without shareholder approval.
If I got 20% discount, I would dump them immediately to get a 20% profit... Any retail shareholders that got 10% discount at 54c when share price was 60c or even an offer at least??? I would think those shareholders dump them at 60c immediately.....
