A question:
Malcolm Turnbull promised a short time ago, in a thinly veiled threat to the Liberal backbench, that if he were no longer PM he would resign from parliament immediately, causing a by-election
He was referring to being toppled in favour of another Liberal - but does the promise hold true if he is replaced by Shorten as a result of Citizenshipgate?
