My IBG house of cards looks like this -
1. China Non Ferrous - funds 80% of construction with a payback term and interest (benefit for China Non Ferrous is: margin on construction, margin on interest)
2. China Non Ferrous takes up a 20% stake in IBG and dilution of 500M shares at 20c each (IBG raises $100M)
3. All of above gets construction done and both parties WIN.
4. With this we are only diluted a further 500M shares (gives us a total of just over 1B shares on issue).
This is my story playing out. Everyone else will have theirs.
