My understanding is we are selling them 20% of Citronen only, not the company.
How much that 20% of Cotronen is worth to them/us is up to an independent valuation.
So hopefully, though we lose 20% of the mime we will be paid for this. If things go as planned we won't be diluted by the transaction.
