I'm certain that more than one of your posts have been helpful in all this time.

I'm thinking of patenting this new guttering system I've developed. It's came about after success with previous leakage episodes. The first time I used it was when the loungeroom flooded. So I drilled holes in the floor to let the water escape to a concrete carport underneath. They were subsequently plugged by the carpenters provided by the insurance company.

This time I've drilled holes in the guttering (which is where the water overflowed from in the first place), and voila! No more leaking into the house.

I'll plug them up with silicon when I'm thinking of selling the place. Sweet!

Hope you're undercover where you are, but I don't suppose you're selling many pencils in the rain. I'll swing past and buy a couple of HB's from you next week.

Are you doing a range of rubbers yet?
