I think it is due to trial design. I believe this one being 8 patients only is just the traditional way. They will go through the stages like in the past. And I don't think there is any plan for fast track or breakthrough. Certainly not with such small number. In view of that, well, like our Hervaxx, this will take many years before it would even go anywhere near FDA approval for anything.

Meanwhile IMU is having so many patients lining up for the trial. The trial is design to achieve fast track or breakthrough approval which can happen within the next 24 months.

Above just my opinion. I stress again, I am no medical person. But like you, I too hope it succeed. For the sake of fighting this nefarious disease, I don't really care as long as someone comes up with something to deal this dreadful disease first and foremost. And if IMU is one of them that can do it, a double bonus for us shareholders.
