A bit of a counter view on the likely success of AOH1996 here :

So while on one hand there are articles saying, "A "cancer-killing pill" has appeared to "annihilate" solid tumours in early research - leaving healthy cells unaffected." this one says "The support for the claim in the paper that their lead anti-PCNA agent AOH1996 “kills cancer cells” appears somewhat limited, disappointingly.".
Honestly how would you know who is right? Lets flip a coin, I'll call heads.
