Looks like the short sellers are trying to squeeze Phil. Waste of time though, Phil's CIY shareholding will produce around $6mil in dividends at the end of April, more than enough to clear the margin loan.
The sp also tends to climb in the month before the ex div date, so any short sellers risk getting burned bigtime! The best time to short CIY is AFTER it goes ex!!!
