I think you'll find all CFD providers charge prevailing (in counry of stock) cash rate + 2.5-3% for long positions..
For short positions they will give you the prevailing cash MINUS 3 percent...
Results in an interest fee for short positions in most of the world right now.
It's a sweet deal isn't it, you short the stock and they'll end up net charging you on it ;)
