The company ENDITRADE - Integrated Logistics & Trading Co, Ltd. is a subsidiary company of ENDIAMA segment for the logistical and supply for mining projects.
Founded in April 2004, the company led the unification of other small businesses with the same objects and competing with each other within the group, including Transdiama and Transnordeste.
Its activity began a year later, in January 2005.
The supply and distribution of fuels and lubricants to the mining areas marked the beginning of providing direct services to mines and other sectors of the group Endiama.

Business
The ENDITRADE offers highly competitive alternative, supporting the diamond projects, in their different stages in the territory of the Republic of Angola, in the following areas:
• Fuel - With a monthly average of ten million litres of diesel, with the main recipients projects CATOCA, SDM, CHITOTOLO, CHIMBONGO, SML, CUANGO and ITM.
• Land Transport - Account with a consortium formed by several operators of trucking, assuming responsibility for the carriage of dry cargo, as well as for the delivery of most of the fuel supplied to the mines; The company currently negotiating with banks to purchase a fleet itself, with estimates of entry into service of the first trucks to May 2008.
• Lubricants - is distributor of products NGOL. In partnership with Sonangol, search on the international market best brands, mining projects aiming to provide products that are in accordance with the specifications provided by manufacturers of heavy equipment involved in mining operations;
• Procurement - Projectando for the medium term its installation outside the country, ENDITRADE is strengthening ties already made to allow foreign companies to operate safely in South Africa, Dubai, China, Spain, Brazil, USA, Portugal, Austria, among others;
• Repair and maintenance self - It has installed base in Central Viana - the road from Km 9 of Viana - a multi-brand workshop equipped with the latest technology for this type of service;
• Services freight forwarders, customs clearance and containerization - In the implementation phase, will be a major enhancers of the activity of ENDITRADE, offering customs clearance of cargo transit and parking diverse - including containers - a fleet of 17 thousand m2, located on 9 Km Luanda-Viana of the road. Ease of access, trucking fleet of contiguous, with a guarantee of supply of fuel, technical assistance and security are among the advantages offered.
• Hospitality - The hotel complex of Saurimo is already an obligatory point of reference in that city. Their rehabilitation and expansion (in progress) aims to give it an important area of support and laser, incorporating a conference room, pool, terrace, bar and restaurant;
• Travel Agency - identified as a priority the establishment of a framework of special expedited procedures migration, in different ways for national and expatriate workers hired by ENDIAMA - EP, its subsidiaries and shareholdings, including the provision of the following services:

Social Bodies
The management of ENDITRADE is exercised by a board, chaired by Dr. Francisco Antonio Domingos Gomes, also made by two directors, including Dr. Sandra Frutuoso Isabel Ferreira and Fernando Donito.
Commitment
Still on the partnerships necessary for the development of business, are ongoing projects which will contribute to the affirmation of the "Core Business" of ENDITRADE, such as:
-- Composition of a new multidisciplinary fleet of vehicles to carry dry cargo, liquid and containerised;
-- Restoration of Base Storage and distribution of fuel in Lucapa, with a capacity of 4,200,000 liters;
-- Opening of posts of venda of fuels and lubricants in Dundo, Lucapa and Saurimo;
-- Implementation of the Logistics Base, Malange, an important point of transition and transfer of goods, using the Camino de Ferro de Luanda;
-- Implementation of a Terminal 2 nd line in Central basis of Viana, in Luanda, whose primary objective is to offer mining projects a significant reduction in the time of clearing of goods;
-- Creation of a Central Supply Warehouse and Virtual, integrating a chain of procurement, with offices outside the country;
-- Broadening the distribution network of lubricants, including renowned international brands, by setting up warehouses and shops in villages near the mining projects;
-- Expanding the network of food supply in the provinces of Lunda Norte and Lunda Sul, with the main recipients mining projects and the local retail network.
-- Complete the rehabilitation of the Complex Hoteleiro of Saurimo, ongoing;
-- Conversion of the Delegation of Benguela, ongoing, with the creation of a Hospitality and recovery of the Cold Complex;
-- Expansion of the service hotels, with the recovery of Case's staff of Lucapa;
-- Manufacture of lavarias in partnership with the multinational BATEMAN. Visa assembly in Angola lavarias of a factory for processing of ore, to reduce operating costs of the Group companies and ensure an increase in the provision of employment and transfer of know-how to manual nationals.
