For me personally, this is a great announcement.

Just the sort of business CVI needs, I have been hoping all along that we would get involved in logistics and services. It can be very profitable in these sorts of countries

If I was running this show, offshore oil would never have been considered, I hate it. Better to service them.

This and the refinery will go together well though.

Just think what Angola needs now and in the future to grow its economy.
