You're not understanding why I'm saying what I'm saying.

Release the announcement with ALL the details, or don't release it at all. If Pensador is to fund it, then state that in the announcement. At the moment, Pensador is not finalised, so how can we assume that new venture will be paid for by Pensador? How do we know that this new joint venture won't start before Pensador is finalised and funds accessible, therefore we need to raise funds from elsewhere in the interim. Remove the possibility for assumptions by STATING IT CLEARLY.

If this new joint venture is not finalised (which it clearly isn't) then why drip feed us the info? Nothing has to be released unless it's finalised and of material interest.

Two things (IMO) that have killed this stock in the past are:
1) Unmet deadlines / timeframes
2) Potential deals/contracts/ventures that have not yet been signed off and finalised.

All just my opinion, based on how CVI has performed in the past regarding announcements.
